Ebony has gone to a new home yesterday, we have rang and she is a little upset but I am sure she will soon settle okay.
Little Ebony met Baloo on our last walk with her before she went to her new home, she was only as big as her foot.
Pip and Ebony were in the sun again when we came back from the park.
Pip told Ebony he was going to miss her when she went..
He always says that to all the foster dogs, he even keeps saying that to me.
Then John took her, Brenda was very upset to see her go as she was so small she makes you feel sorry for her, even I did. But I am sure she will be happy in her new home.

Its just hard for any dog,to lose their home, be in a shelter, and then go onto something new. You folks do it as well as anyone, but the little girl Ebony, just doesn't know about it all. I'm sure she will be fine too.

So exciting for Ebony. I'm sure with some time she'll be so happy with the adjustment.
We are really glad Ebony has a new home although we remember how scary it is!
It is also sad for all of you as you will miss her - you have shown Ebony that she can make new friends, both human and canine, so that should help her adjust.
Having said that we think she may be like Martha was and stick like glue to her new owner for a while!

oh i had hoped that ebony and pip would be together forever.. such an awesome twosome. but i'm sure she will be fine and happy in her new home.. just takes a little time getting used to a new place.

I too hope that little Ebony will be happy in her new home. She's just so cute, how could you not love her.
John and Brenda did love Ebony, that is why they let her go (The greatest love of all), and with alot of heartache, like many foster dogs they have had. That way Ebony gets a great home, otherwise she would not have gone, (They did love her ALOT) and they are now free to give another pooch a safe space and repeat the heartache again. Please remember everyone this couple do this for nothing but for their love of dogs. Liz x, Taylor's mamx, Sorry Brenda and John if I speak out of turn, but you are very special people
