We are behind with our blog and visits, its Johns fault he keeps being busy.
Little Jock has been visiting a lady who is retiring in a couple of weeks, she seems
to like Jock and he is happy with her. So it could mean he has got a home,
we have told him he must be good, the lady is on her own, so Jock will be better as he
likes women.

Jock is away with Brenda who has gone to see her mum & dad  she went on the train and she said Jock was very good.

Now you know we usually get sausages for evening treats, well not now because the
vet nurse saw John and said have you got lard butt with you.
Well that was not quite what she said it was a little more crude, but she meant Pip
so I can not have sausages because Pip is on a diet.
I am not happy about it.

Hi Bobby!

Too bad about Lardbutt spoiling your evening treat. Maybe John or Brenda could find something less fattening than sausages to treat you with. How come Jock got to go with Brenda, I thought Pip was her favorite. Maybe its to see how well he travels, eh? With the retired lady? I hope he finds a good home. Seems like a good little guy.

I am so glad to hear from you. I have missed you sooooooooo much.

That's really good news that Jock might have a nice new home with a nice lady. I'm glad he's been good for Brenda too on his visit.

Fancy Pip spoiling things for you Bobby. Not like that's ever happened before, is it?

LOL! But following a healthy diet will be good for you both I'm sure.

Look after yourself.

Love and licks, Winnie

We have our paws crossed for Jock and his new home.
Now surely Pip could have a half a sausage and you could eat the other half to save him the calories.
Of course you would still have your own sausage too.
Pip looks fine to us..............!
We personally believe the vets are obsessed with weight - I mean when did you last see a skinny basset?

LardButt! Hahahahaharrrharhaaaaaa! We know it's not nice to call others names. But LardButt. That's worth a big giggle out loud.

So. We've got paws crossed for Jock. You know we've loved him all along. And if he does get adopted before you know what gets you know where ... then we hope you can make a special delivery. Teehee!!!

As soon as we have assured ourselves that Moma is sufficiently caught up with reading some blogs, we have something VeryImportant that has reached the top of the list of to-do's.

We'll keep ya posted!
Much love and many tail wags,
Jake and Fergi
