Lady is going to the vets tomorrow for blood tests just in case there is a problem that has helped make her look like err fat. We took her to the park yesterday and to the beach last night she was happy to be out but after walking a little way she lay down.
John put a flashy light on her like mine in case she got lost in the dark, he must have thought she might run away, daft old human.
These sores on her legs are now healing well
Also this one under her chin is nearly healed up, we keep finding more things as we are brushing her. She has a piece of metal stuck in her gum on the inside, we noticed the swelling on her face.
The tooth near it will have to come out, so that has to wait until after her blood tests.

oh, that poor collie! you and Pip must take good care of her so she gets better, you hear?
Oh poor Lady - it is not good for a doggie not to be able to run about and have fun.
These sores look nasty - do you think she may bave diabetes?
Of course we have no idea what that is and have to confess our human slave just typed that by herself!
Ah well the vet will sort her out. Poor thing if she is to have a tooth out too - wonder how she got the metal in her gum!
We look forward to hearing how she gets on - thank goodness Bobby you are all there taking care of her.
Off to make our mum a cup of tea - she was just in from work and straight out with us!
It was great fun but she is moaning about needing something to eat and a cup of tea - humans!!!!
love and kisses

We are hoping Miss pretty Lady gets over her bout of yuckiness real quick. She is so pretty. I know you will take good care of her while she's on the mend!
We hope the vets can find a solution for her!!
So glad Lady has you taking care of her now!
I'm curious, how old is she?
Hugs and belly rubs to pups,

Oh dear. This just makes us sick and so sad. We are SOOOOO glad you are there to help figure out what Lady needs and providing the medical care that will, hopefully, help. We'll be really anxious to hear how she is doing.

Pee esS. We've LOVED seeing you about on the blogs. You make us happy.
Poor Lady- we saw her today up the hill and bless her she really wanted to join in and play ball but she was exhausted so soon. It was slow progress when it was time to go back to the van, she kept sitting down for a rest. We all hope she'll find a loving home where someone can help her gain some quality of life. Good luck Lady x

Lady was a very well looked after dog however her Daddy is dying and does not have long to live which is why she is sad. She has been in boarding kennels for the last 4 weeks and did not have those sores or metal in her gum when she went there.
Oh poor Lady. Those sores look very, well, sore. Glad you are helping her get better. After reading the last comment I feel even more sorry for the dear girl. How sad that her Daddy is dying. We dogs sense these things. We hope God blesses Lady with a new loving home.
